Membership Fees & Applications

Membership is normally for one year, beginning in September. Due to the COVID-19 epidemic, we are offering half year dues for the remainder of this season. Our dues are as follows:

Become a member for 2020 -2021 by one of the following methods

Preferred Method

1. Fill in the 2020-2021 Membership Application Form, print and sign it.
2. Print, fill in and sign the Activity Waiver.
3. Scan both forms.
4. Email both forms to cops.treasurer@gmail.com.
5. Login to your bank account website and send an e-transfer for your membership fees to cops.treasurer@gmail.com.
6. Once your membership form, waiver and payment have been received, the COPS Membership Coordinator will set up an account on our website and send you an email  with the login credentials.

NOTE: When you enter the email address in your bank's e-transfer utility, ensure that you see "Autodeposit" and that you DO NOT have to enter a security question. If you do not see "Autodeposit" then you are missing the dot between "cops" and "treasurer" in the destination email address.

Alternate Method

1. Fill in the 2020-2021 Membership Application Form, print and sign it.
2. Print, fill in and sign the Activity Waiver.
3. Make out a cheque to C.O.P.S.
4. Mail both forms and your cheque to:

Once your membership form, waiver and payment have been received, the COPS Membership Coordinator will set up an account on our website and send you an email  with the login credentials.
